• Shipping

  • USA: If you have not received a package within 3 weeks of shipping and is confirmed to be lost by the shipping service, the piece can be refunded.

  • International: If you have not received the package within 6 weeks of shipping and is confirmed to be lost by the shipping service, the piece can be refunded.

  • If you would like the piece to be remade, you must first pursue a report with the shipping company (USPS, UPS, etc.) to get the insurance for the piece. Once this process is completed, the piece can be remade, but you must complete this process and get confirmation that the item was lost. Since these pieces are made from second-hand goods, the newly made piece will vary from the original piece. I will work closely with you to choose a replacement.

• Processing time

  • If a piece is pre-made, it will be sent out within 3 days of ordering.

  • If a piece is made-to-order, it will be sent out within 5 days of ordering.

• Sales tax

  • Determined by the location of the buyer, set based on a state-to-state basis.
